The Department of Radiology provides the full spectrum of medical imaging to our beneficiaries. We strive to provide the most accurate diagnoses from the highest quality images in a professional and patient-friendly environment.

If you would like to request X-rays from another military facility you can use the link below to open a DD877 form using adobe acrobat and either bring it in to our department or you may fax it to (703) 784-1710.  Please be sure to sign block 10 and include a telephone number where you can be reached when you films arrive. Allow for a two week turn around on films that you have requested.
 
For radiology scripts from civilian providers you must see your primary care provider to have the order placed into the military system. If you require your films for an appointment with an outside provider, please allow for a 24 hour turnaround time.
